In Bechet: Our Contemporary, saxophonist and composer Rob Reddy pays homage to jazz legend Sidney Bechet by intertwining original compositions by Bechet with those of his own. Beginning with a single line of melody, Reddy reinterprets Bechet’s work, successfully bringing it into the present day world of jazz.

Directed by David H. Castillo and shot in 4k at the renowned Avatar Studios, formally The Power Station, in New York City.
